Escape the mental paralysis.
Uncover confidence and peace.
~Therapy for the anxious go-getters who want to get off the mental treadmill~
No matter how hard you try, you can’t get yourself to concentrate.
You keep making promises you can’t keep and hate letting people down.
Perfectionism and people-pleasing are running the show.
Your emotions change so abruptly and you don’t understand why.
You always feel like you’re behind.
You know you need to take time to relax, but you can’t ever seem to stop moving or wind down.
You’re so paralyzed with worry that you struggle to move forward.
Your mind is always racing.
Hi, I’m Brielle.
I help anxious go-getters without judgment, the burnout of another long to-do list, and the shame of not measuring up.
Despite being determined, passionate, and hard-working, life often feels impossible for my clients. When they first come to see me, they feel frustrated by their lack of focus and the constant difficulty of staying on top of things, even putting in their best efforts. They’re tired of the emotional rollercoaster and frightened that their inner critic is right when it tells them they need to do better, be better, and have it all figured out.
For many, the hardest part is offering themselves the compassion they so easily offer to others. Their difficulty with accepting themselves stands in the way of the life they want to lead—whether that’s feeling accomplished in their careers, enjoying time with their family and friends, or pursuing personal passions. They often feel like they’re falling short of the success they want and feel guilty for letting themselves and others down.
Before they came to see me, my clients feared that they’d never feel more connected in their relationships and that their racing mind would always be in control, leaving them unable to be fully present. Like my clients, you deserve to manage your daily tasks with ease and feel a sense of calm, no longer weighed down by the anxiety of what’s next. Feeling grounded and in control is not out of reach.
You’re here, which means you’ve already started. If you’re ready to feel more confident in yourself, experience more emotional stability, and deepen your relationships, I can help. Together, we can work through the overwhelm and create strategies that fit your strengths, so you can start living the life you want—without the constant worry.
