About Brielle

I am always setting way more goals than I can actually focus on. I listen to podcasts on 2x speed. I meal prep so I don’t have to make dinner every night. My Google Calendar is my lifeline and I still end up being a few minutes late to everything. I’m a social introvert and ask too many questions. I thought by now I’d have everything figured out. Whoops…

With lived experience, I love helping others understand what being neurodivergent means for them. I work with hard-working go-getters who are navigating the strengths and challenges of growing up or growing into themselves. I work with those who are having a hard time juggling their own responsibilities and are often the ones taking care of everyone else.

I know how much education and self-awareness can put things into perspective and open the door to self-compassion and self-confidence. Having had my own experience with taking care of others, I know how good it feels to release expectations and instead create balance and give myself the space to thrive.

Oh right… I also take nature pictures and collect snow globes. :)

My Approach = Practical!

I’ve never liked abstract and generalized advice. “Just feel your feelings.” “Do some self-care.” I’m always asking, “Okay, but HOW do I do that?!” (For me I’ve figured out that means going for a hike.) As a practical therapist, that’s how I design the therapy work I do. I am an empathetic listening ear that will help you emotionally process AND THEN find something you can DO. We will experiment and make adjustments until you feel more settled and are thriving, instead of barely surviving.
