About Brielle

I am always setting way more goals than I can actually focus on. I listen to podcasts on 2x speed. I meal prep so I don’t have to make dinner every night. My Google Calendar is my lifeline and I still end up being a few minutes late to everything. I’m a social introvert and ask too many questions. I thought by now I’d have everything figured out. Whoops.

I’ve never liked abstract and generalized advice. “Just feel your feelings.” “Do some self-care.” I’m always asking, “Okay, but HOW do I do that?!” As a practical therapist, that’s how I design the therapy work I do. I am an empathetic listening ear that will help you emotionally process AND find relevant strategies to apply. We will experiment and make adjustments until you feel more settled and are thriving, instead of barely surviving.

I work with teens, young adults, and women who are navigating the strengths and challenges that come with ADHD, anxiety, and OCD. They are navigating growing up or growing into themselves. They are juggling their own responsibilities and are often the ones taking care of everyone else. Having had my own experience with ADHD and taking care of others, I know how good it feels to set boundaries and give myself the space to thrive.

Oh right… I also take nature pictures and collect snow globes. :)
