Therapy for You
Wondering if it’s always going to feel this hard?
You’re so good at taking care of everyone else, but can’t seem to find the space to breathe. With everything piling up—tasks, deadlines, expectations—it feels like you’re running just to keep up, and no matter how hard you try, you can’t shake the weight of it all. The weight of your own standards and goals feels suffocating.
You’re always stressed and racing the clock, no matter how much planning and preparation you do. The more you try to keep everything together, the more things slip through your fingers and the more out of control you feel. When your emotions go from 0 to 60 in a heartbeat, you’re left spiraling, unable to make sense of why it happens or how to stop it.
Maybe you’ve been called a “worry wart,” or get the sense that people find you “too much.” You want people to understand you, but it’s like you’re speaking a different language and it leaves you feeling more isolated.
You don’t have to face this alone. Therapy can help.
You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported.
My clients just want to enjoy their lives and have fulfilling relationships without the stress and worry of feeling behind. They are tired of being misunderstood and having to dig deep for motivation. Many of my clients come to me because they fear life will always feel this hard and that they won’t be able to break out of their spiral. Most of my clients can easily offer others grace and compassion but can’t find it for themselves.
I can help you work through the things holding you back from engaging in the life you want to create.
I’m excited to help clients who want to feel joy and satisfaction, want to dig in and do the work, and want to reignite their optimism about the possibilities ahead. I will encourage and challenge you to discover and apply the tools you need to be happier and feel more satisfied.
